Most people ask this in one of two moods: "I need one today" or "I'm planning ahead and want the right day locked in." Here's how the timing actually works for both, so you're never left waiting on a project.

How Fast Can I Get One?

Often same day if you beat noon, next day if not.

If you order by noon and we've got the size you need open, we can usually get it to you that same day. After noon, it's next day. Being local is the whole reason we can move that fast, your order isn't getting routed to a call center in another state that then has to find someone with a truck. You call us, and we're the ones with the trucks. Our deliveries generally run on weekdays. We can sometimes arrange a weekend drop, but it's not something we can promise, so just ask and we'll tell you what's possible.

How Far Ahead Should I Book?

A day or two in a normal week, but book ahead when it's busy.

Most of the year, a day or two of notice is plenty. Where it changes is our busy season, spring and summer, when the popular days fill up. If your project has a firm start, whether it's a contractor showing up or a weekend you've set aside, book several days ahead so you lock in the day you want instead of taking what's left. If your timing's flexible, tell us, and we'll usually slot you in sooner.

When Will It Show Up That Day?

We don't book exact delivery times, and here's the honest reason: putting a whole day of stops in an efficient order is part of what keeps our prices reasonable. What we do instead is text you the evening before, and again on the day with live tracking, so you can watch the truck get close rather than sit around waiting. Same thing on pickup day. One planning fact worth knowing: the way routes run, pickups happen earlier in the day and deliveries later. Everyone wants their delivery early and their pickup late, and it just isn't possible all the time. So if the morning matters — a contractor arriving at 8, a crew on the clock — book the delivery for the day before and the timing question disappears.

Why Can't I Get an Early Delivery and a Late Pickup?

Because keeping the bin moving is what keeps your price low.

This one's worth being straight about, because just about everybody asks for it. Here's the honest math: if we dropped every dumpster first thing and left every one until late, we'd need a yard full of extra bins sitting idle, and that cost would land right on your bill. Instead, the dumpster we pick up from you in the morning often gets emptied and delivered back out to the next customer that same afternoon. That same-day turnaround is a big reason our pricing stays reasonable. And there's a hard limit on top of it: the transfer stations and landfills we dump at aren't open at eight at night, so a late-evening pickup isn't even possible. So we route each day to keep bins moving, and that's a lot of what lets us charge what we do.

The flat price covers 5 days, which suits a normal project pace. If you need longer, extra days are $20 each — and if you book them upfront they're guaranteed. The catch only applies mid-rental: your specific bin is often already scheduled for its next job, so a last-minute extension isn't automatic. The move is to reach out the moment you think you might run over, by call or text. The earlier you ask, the better the chance we can keep it with you instead of having to pick it up on the scheduled day.
