Choose a dumpster size, schedule delivery online, and we'll deliver it. You fill it, then call or text when done. We'll haul it away promptly or pick it up on your rental's final day.
Size depends on your project type. A 12-yard dumpster is great for small clean outs, while a 20-yard dumpster is ideal for larger jobs. If you fill up a dumpster and still have more to dispose of you can call or text us for a "swap out" and we'll come take the full dumpster and leave a new empty one for a fee.
In most cases we can have a dumpster to you the very next day. You can always check dumpster availability by using the reservation calendar on our order form. If you require a delivery today, there is a same-day delivery charge for a rush delivery.
Usually people rent dumpsters for 7 days, but you can pick any duration you'd like as long as we have dumpsters available. You can use the calendar on our order form to check the availability. If you require a long term rental, select Perpetual Rental on the order form and you can set up a dumpster to be left and billed either weekly or monthly. When you you need a swap out just call or text. When you're done with the dumpster you can call or text and we'll pick it up and it will end your recurring billing.
The cost of a dumpster depends on the length of time and size of the dumpster. You can see pricing by selecting dates on our order form for different dumpster sizes and rental durations.
Acceptable items include: residential trash, construction debris, appliances, mattresses, electronics. We DO NOT haul any concrete, dirt or bricks. Hazardous materials are prohibited.
We are happy to offer a swap out during your rental. Contact our office for pricing and scheduling.
No presence required so long as you have e-signed your rental contract before delivery. Simply provide any special instructions at the time of rental.
Permits may be needed if placing the dumpster on public streets or sidewalks. Private property typically doesn't require permits.
We can place the dumpster on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass (so long as the dirt or grass is dry and solid). Boards are used to prevent property damage.
We do require a spot at least 15 feet long and 10 feet wide, or big enough to park a pickup truck or SUV. There also needs to be enough space for the delivery truck to access it.
Standard dumpster rentals have included tonnage, or weight that is included in the rental. If you exceed the included tonnage you're billed an overage rate per pound. When selecting a rental the overage rate will be displayed. Perpetual dumpster rentals do not have included tonnage and all waste weight is billed in addition to the rental price. The dumpsters have a maximum weight that they can hold and be safely transported. If the dumpster appears to exceed this limit you will need to unload the dumpster of the excess weight and we will need to return to pick up the dumpster, incurring a dry run fee. We can not weigh dumpsters in the field. If you're unsure about the weight of your waste, you can use our weight estimator, which is emailed to you, to estimate the amount your garbage weighs based on type of material.
Not for normal wear and tear. However, you will be responsible for all damages caused by negligence or safety rule violations, potentially including full replacement costs. Our dumpsters are made of steel so the most common way to cause damage dumpster is to accidentally hit it with a vehicle.
All orders require payment when the rental is reserved. Overage charges are automatically billed to the credit card used when reserving a dumpster. For commercial accounts that require different payment terms please contact our customer support.
We currently offer 12, 15, and 20 yard dumpsters. If a smaller size is unavailable you may have a larger dumpster size delivered but the same weight restrictions of the smaller dumpster apply when it comes to overage charges.
The following items cannot be disposed of in our dumpsters due to local regulations and safety requirements:
• Hazardous Materials - Paint, chemicals, solvents, oils, pesticides, and other hazardous substances
• Batteries - Car batteries, household batteries, and other battery types
• Asbestos - Asbestos-containing materials and insulation
• Medical Waste - Needles, syringes, biohazardous materials
• Yard Waste - Leaves, branches, and brush
If you have questions about whether a specific item can be disposed of, please contact us before placing it in the dumpster.
Yes, certain items require special handling and disposal, which incurs additional fees:
• Tires: $31.00 per tire
• Appliances with Refrigerant (refrigerators, freezers, AC units): $51.00 per appliance
• Other Appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, etc.): $24.00 per appliance
These fees cover the additional costs associated with properly recycling or disposing of these materials in accordance with environmental regulations. You can add these items during checkout or notify our driver at the time of pickup.
